owner of House / Bungalow No. _____Lane No. ___Askari ___, near Qasim Market,
Rawalpindi Cantonment solemnly declares that house is in self occupation since
2004.
2.
That I am is a retired Government servant.
Photocopy of Pension Book is enclosed.
3.
That I declare that House in question is in
my self occupation and that no portion of this house has been rented out to any
other person / Deptt.
4.
I also declare that I have not applied for
100 % rebate admissible under Gazette Notification No. SRO-753 (1) / 2000 dated
5.
That as and when the above-mentioned house
or any portion of it is rented out intimidation will be given to Cantonment
Board within 07 days.
