2. Submit application to get the I.D. card of registered child as soon as he/she attains 18 years of age.
3. Keep this certificate in safe custody because  as soon as the children attain the age of 18 years, they will be issued Identity Cards according to the same numbers mentioned in this certificate.
4. All new born children be registered immediately and get new registration certificate.
