LEGAL NOTICE  FOR YOUR EVICTION  FROM HOUSE NO. 88, STREET NO. 24, DHOKE RATTA, RAWALPINDI

 

Respected Sir,

 

I have been instructed by my client Mir Zaman son of Muhammad Zaman resident of House No. 88, Street No. 420, Dhoke Ratta, Rawalpindi to serve you with the instant legal notice:-

 

1.                 That on 01-01-2020 my client being owner-in-possession of House No. 88, Street No. 420, Dhoke Ratta, Rawalpindi, let-out the same to you on monthly rent basis @ Rs. 33,000/- per month. Security amount of Rs. 50,000/- was paid to my client.  In this regard, a Rent Agreement was also executed between you and my client (Copy of Rent Agreement is annexed)

 

2.                 That initially, you paid the rent of above-stated house to my client for 04 months i.e (January, February, March & April 2021) but later, you stopped paying the monthly rent to my client hence become rent defaulter.

 

 

Therefore, you are hereby directed to vacate the above-said house within a month after receipt of this legal notice, and to pay the due rent amount since May 2021 to my client, failing which, my client shall be at liberty to file Eviction Petition against you in the competent court of law at your own risk and cost.
