In the name of ALLAH, the most beneficent, the most
merciful
AFFIDAVIT
I, Shahnawaz son of
Nasir Mughal resident of House No. 173, Street No. 12, Sector II, Morgah,
Rawalpindi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -
1.
That
the facts stated in attached application for the grant of domicile certificate
are true and correct.
2.
That
I have been residing in District Rawalpindi since birth.
3.
That
before this I did not apply for said certificate from any other district of
Pakistan.
4. That I did not migrate from any other foreign country.
I further declare that the contents of my above affidavit
are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has
been concealed there from.
