SALE
This agreement is made at

Farhan Ahmed Sethi son of Sethi Ahmed
Sethi holding CNIC No. 661144-00000004-6 resident of House No. 566, Sector 454, Block-D, PWD
Colony, Rawalpindi (hereinafter referred as (PURCHASER), which
expression wherever required includes his legal heirs, administrators,
executors, legal representative, successors and assigns of the SECOND PART.
WHEREAS the firsty part of
this agreement is owner of Car bearing No. RIOU-544441 Make Honda City,
Model _________________, Chasis No. _________________, Engine No.
_________________, 1300 CC Power, Colour _________________, which
is on lease basis.
WHEREAS now
both the parties are mutually agreed upon the terms and conditions regarding
the above said vehicle as under:-
1.
That
the seller is owner on lease basis of above said vehicle (hereinafter called
the said vehicle).
2.
That
the first party has agreed to sell the above-mentioned vehicle and the second
party has agreed to purchase the same with his free will.
3.
That
the total consideration of above mentioned vehicle as agreed between the
parties worth of Rupees 340,000/- out of which 210,000/- was paid in cash and
the remaining amount of Rs. 130, 000/- second party will be paid to the first
party on or before second week of December 2006 and the possession of the above
said vehicle is handed over to the second party of this agreement.
4.
That
all the original Registration Book are lying with the first party of this
agreement and on the payment of remaining amount of Rs. 130,000/-, the first
party is bound to hand over all the original Registration Book of the above
said vehicle to the second party of this agreement and in case, failure of
payment on the part of the second party of this agreement, the first party of
this agreement has fully rights to take the above said vehicle into his
custody/ possession.
5.
That
the second party of this agreement is bound to pay the remaining
installments of the above said vehicle to the concerned authority/ bank /
insurance company and the previous four installments have been
paid and in future the second party of this agreement is bound to pay the
installments which is Rs. 16,800/- per month through Account No.
_______________________________________________ before the 07th of
each and every month.
6.
That
there is no bar or litigation against he above said vehicle in past and in
future the second party of this agreement is responsible for all the
litigations.
7.
That
the second party of this agreement has fully rights to drive the above said
vehicle and has all rights to deal with the departments i.e. Token of the above
said vehicle etc.
8.
That
the second party of this agreement has fully rights to release the above said
vehicle from the Courts on Superdari.
9.
That
the legal heirs of both the parties will abide by the terms and conditions of
this agreement.
10.
That
the parties have set unto their respective hands on the day, month and year
mentioned herein above in presence of witnesses.
11.
That
this agreement is fully read and understood by both the parties
