petitioner has filed the above captioned Petition before this Honourable Court,
the contents whereof may kindly be treated as an integral part of instant
petition.

the certified copies of certain documents annexed with the petition are not
available at the moment with the petitioner.
It
is therefore, respectfully prayed that filling of certified copies may kindly
be exempted in the interest of justice.
