APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT OF RS. 50,000/-DEPOSITED BY APPLICANT AGAINST THE SURETY  ON BEHALF OF ACCUSED ZAMEER HUSSAIN  IN PRE ARREST BAIL

 

 

Respectfully Sheweth,

 

1.               That the applicant stood surety in the above mentioned FIR on behalf of accused Zameer Hussain Malik in Pre Arrest Bail.

 

2.               That as per order dated _______passed by this Honourable Court, the applicant had deposited an amount of Rs. 50,000/- in this Honourable Court.

 

3.               That now the accused has submitted fresh bail bonds   resultantly the proceedings initiated against the applicant under section 514 Cr.PC were dropped and the applicant was discharged from the liability of the bail bonds vide order dated 21-12-2020.

 

4.               That the applicant intends to withdraw the amount of Rs. 50,000/- already submitted by the applicant against surety of accused.

PRAYER:

          Under the circumstances, as stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that the instant application may kindly be accepted and applicant be allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited against surety in the above mentioned FIR.

 

Any other relief which this Honourable court, may deem fit and proper, may also be awarded to the plaintiff.
