Respected
Madam,
I am directed by my
client Rabia Kausar wife of Arslan Ali Khan resident of Lane No. 3, Milad Chowk, Gulistan
Colony, Rawalpindi to serve you the legal notice upon the following terms and
conditions:-
1.
That
my client is running marriage bureau in the name of “Khushal Marriage Bureau
Centre” at Shop No. GB-45, K-2 Plaza, main
2.
That
in the month of August 2020, you approached my client and requested her to
search bridegroom for your daughter (Kanwal Shahzadi).
3.
That
on the request made by you, my client introduced you the bridegroom namely Kamran Ali and as service charges, Rs.
25,000/- was agreed to be paid by you to my client at the time of engagement. On
06thOctober 2020, the engagement ceremony of your daughter with Kamran
Ali was arranged and on 15th October, 2020, marriage/ departure also
took place but neither you paid the services charges as agreed to my client nor
tried to contact her.

That
since then, several requests were made by my client to you for payment of
service charges but you did not pay the agreed services charges of Rs. 25,000/-
to my client till today.
Through this legal notice,
you are hereby directed to pay the service charges of Rs. 25,000/- to my client
within 15 days after receipt of this legal notice failing which my
client shall be at liberty to initiate legal proceedings against you at your
own risk and costs.
Note: A copy of this legal
notice is retained in my office for further necessary legal action and
proceedings.
