SUBJECT:  LEGAL NOTICE

 

That I have been instructed by my client namely  ABC son of DEF R/O Chak Muzafarabad, Kohistan Street, Taxila, District Rawalpindi, to serve you the following legal notice.

 

1.               That you and my client entered into an agreement on 04-04-2016 regarding Plot  bearing Khasra No. 457,  Khatooni No. 455, Khewat No. 209 Mouza Marrir Hassan, Tehsil and Rawalpindi in the presence of witnesses. As per agreement, my client had sold out the said plot to you against sale consideration of Rs. 22,00,000/- out which you paid Rs. 2,25,000/- as earnest money and remaining amount of Rs. 19,75,000/- was agreed to be paid on or before 04-07-2016. 

 

2.               That on specified date, you have neither paid the above mentioned remaining amount nor fulfilled the terms and condition of above mentioned agreement.  My client time and again requested you for remaining sale consideration and for the fulfillment of obligation on your part but you always tried to linger on the matter on one pretext or the other.

 

Therefore, through this legal notice you are intimated to pay the remaining sale consideration of Rs.  19,50,000/- to my client  within 15 days, and to take possession of the said plot and also to get the said plot transferred in your name failing which, your paid earnest money  of Rs. 2,00,000/- shall stand forfeited and you will have not any claim to for the return of above said earnest money.  

 

Note: A copy of this legal notice is retained in my office for record and further necessary actions.
