AFFIDAVIT

 

 

We (1) Farhan Yaseen  son of Muhammad Yaseen  R/O House No. 1, Street No. 1, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi  (2) Nauman Yaseen  son of Muhammad Yaseen  R/o House No. 1, Street No. 1, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi (3) Muhammad Yaseen  son of Said Ahmed  R/O House No. 1, Street No. 1, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

 

1.                                       That We and one Rehan Alam  son of Muhammad Yaseen  resident of House No. 1, Street No. 1, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi entered into partnership Deed in respect of “M/S Dilbahar Associates & Developers”  situated at “Office No. 1, First Floor, Dilbar Plaza, Tench Bhata, Rawalpindi. M/S Dilbahar Associates & Developers was also registered with the Registrar of the Firm under Registration No. RFC-420 (Copy of partnership deed is annexed)

 

2.                                         That  currently, the above-said business not being run and above-said partnership is required to be dissolved.

 

3.                                         It is pertinent to mention here that we have resigned from partnership w.e.f 06-06-2019 and nothing to do with firm’s affairs in future.

 

You are requested to kindly dissolve the firm as the firm will not continue with one partner.
