DIVORCE DEED (FIRST DIVORCE)
This
notice of First Divorce is being made at
I, Habib Butt son of Nabeel
Butt resident of House No. 1, Street No. 4, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh,
Rawalpindi, do hereby declare as under:-
1.
That
my marriage ceremony was solemnized with Mst. Zubaida Sagheer daughter of Sagheer
Sheikh, holding CNIC No. 37405-000000-0 resident of House No. 45, Street No. 5,
Jhanda Chichi, Rawalpindi, on 11-08-2010 with consent of families of both the
parties, against the dower amount of Rs. 50,000/- (prompt/ Muajjal) which was
paid at the spot.
2.
That
initially the relations between the parties remained cordial but later on, differences
were cropped up between the parties and still parties are leading cat and dog life.
Elders of the parties made several efforts to reconcile the matter but all
their efforts went in vain.
3.
That
due to circumstances stated above, it has become very difficult for the parties
to live together as spouses, therefore, I with my free will and consent, hereby
pronounce First Divorce upon my Mst. Zubaida Sagheer.
I have executed the instant Notice
of First Divorce with my free will and complete senses, in the presence of
following witnesses.
