GENERAL
POWER OF ATTORNEY
Know all men by these presents that I, Habib Butt son
of Nabeel Butt resident of Sagheer
Chowk, Jirahi Stop, Rawalpindi, holding CNIC No. 37405-0000000-0, do hereby
declare that I am owner in possession of a House No. CB-6870, Street No.
3, Lane No. 6, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi vide Registered Sale Deed No. 2001, dated 06-06-2019 registered with Sub
Registrar, Rawalpindi and vide Mutation No. 1447 attested on 06-07-2019 by
Tehsildar, Rawalpindi. I am busy and unable to manage, supervise and look after
the above said house, therefore hereby appoint, constitute and nominate my real
son namely Wajid Ali Butt son of Habib Butt holding CNIC No.
37405-1211144-1 R/O House No. CB-2111, Street No. 2, Tench Bhatta, Rawalpindi, to do the following
acts, deeds, things and matters in respect of only above said house
1. To
manage, look after and supervise the above said house.
2. To
enter into agreement to sell, to get earnest money or entire sale
consideration, to execute Sale Deed in favour of any purchaser.
3. To
sell, retain, hire, lease, surrender, release, transfer, gift, redeem, rent
out, convey, encumber, mortgage, exchange, settle, adjust, dispose of,
construct, built up, to appear before Sub Registrar or any other competent
officer for transfer of the above said house, and present the necessary
documents.
4. To
purchase stamp Papers, or court fee and or to refund the same.
5. To
appear and act in all courts, civil, revenue or criminal, whether original or
appellate
6. To
sign and verify plaints, written statements, petitions, of claims and
objection, memorandum of appeal and petitions and applications of al kinds and
to file them in any competent court / forum.
7. To
compromise, compound or withdraw cases,
to confess judgment and to refer cases to arbitration, to file and receive back
documents, to deposit and withdraw money and to grant receipt therefore.
8. To
sign/ execute lease agreement with
tenant (s) and receive rent money and take requisite steps for the ejectment of
the tenant (s)
9. To
sign/ execute affidavits, indemnity
bonds and undertakings.
10.
To correspond with any
concerned authority.
11.
To receive compensation form
the concerned authorities
12.
To pay the cost, dues and all
taxes (if any)
13.
To appoint any advocate,
pleader, legal practitioner, Special Attorney, Sub-agent etc.
14.
To apply for the inspection
and to inspect records, to accept service of any summon, notice or writ issued
by any court or office.
15.
To apply to any loan-giving
agency/institution/ bank for loan and to obtain the same.
16.
To sign and to make thumb
impression on all the documents.
Generally to do each and every thing
requisite for all the purposes stated above and the purposes which are omitted
and or to be done.
