WHEREAS the said house is

WHEREAS the Donee is the
husband of Donor has love and affection for him. Besides this the donee has
also rendered a lot of services to the Donor, hence the Donor has offered the
above said house by way of gift to the Donee, which offer has been accepted by Donee.
WHEREAS due to love and affection
which the Donor has for the Donee and also due to the services rendered by the
Donee to the Donor, the Donor hereby gift all that above said house to the Donee.
WHEREAS the Donee has
accepted this gift and in token thereof has taken over possession of the said
house at the site.
WHEREAS the said House is
free from all sorts of encumbrances, charges, liens and expenses etc. and there
is nothing outstanding against it.
WHEREAS henceforth all the
rights of ownership and possession and title of the said house shall vest in
the name of the Donee and the Donor or any other person on her behalf during her
life or after her death shall have no concern whatsoever with it.
