In the name of ALLAH, the most beneficent, the most merciful
SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
Know
all men by these present that I, Bisma Wahid wife of Ghulam Sarwar R/O House
No. 224, Street No. 10, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi Cantt, Tehsil and District
Rawalpindi, holding CNIC No. 37405-0000000-0 do hereby declare that I am owner
in possession of House No. 1, Street No. 1, Ratta Amral, Rawalpindi vide
registered Sale Deed No. 1201, dated 01-02-2019, registered with Sub Registrar (Urban)
Rawalpindi. I am busy and unable to look after, manage and supervise my above
said House therefore I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
real father namely Abdul Manan son of Abdul Latif CNIC No. 37405-0000000-0
resident of House No. 224, Street No. 10, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi Cantt,
Tehsil and District Rawalpindi as my true and lawful special attorney in my name
and on my behalf to do the following acts, deeds and things on my behalf in
respect of above said House.
1. To
manage, supervise, and let out on rent to any one
2. To enter into Rent Agreement, to receive rent amount or Security Amount from tenant and to eject them from the House, if required.
3.The file Ejectment Petition/suit/application/petition/review/revision/appeal regarding the said House in the proper court of law or any department.
4. To
make all necessary application(s) or petitions to the concerned departments or
other authorities having jurisdiction in the matter and also to take such other
steps as may be necessary in our name to affirm any affidavit, written
statement or otherwise may be required and to prefer Review/revision/appeals/against
any orders, judgment rules or decision of any of the said authorities.
5. To
appear on my behalf before any
Court/forum to sign and verify plaints, written statements
examination-in-chief, cross objections, cross examination, Appeal, revision, suits, writ Petitions, application,
affidavits, pretrial/court trial, rejoinder, complaints, objections, undertakings, appeals, receipts, review,
claims, objections affidavit-in-expert/evidence, and also sign and defend court
cases and all other kinds of applications and petitions, representation and to
file and prosecute the same on such courts or offices and also to defend all
such actions and to compromise or withdraw any matter and/or any amount from
any court of Pakistan or body , authority or authorities and to produce the
witnesses and lead the evidence thereof and to appear as witness and record the
evidence/cross examination thereon.
6. To
sign Wakalat Nama, affidavit, applications, statements, undertakings, to sign
any other documents as desired and to engage advocate, pleader, etc. to settle
and pay their remuneration and fee and to do all incidental acts, things deeds
and matter in our name and on my behalf.
Generally
to do all things and acts and ratify the same in name and my behalf as done by
me.
