Waris Khan Rawalpindi has recovered a Vehicle Honda Civic, Registration
No. DIB-00000, Model 2005, Engine No. D179W-54544, Chassis No. NED5645454, Horse Power: 1590-CC in case FIR No. 784,
Dated
That this Honourable Court has
passed an order on 04-06-2016 for handing over above said vehicle to Mr.
Sohail Ahmed, subject to furnishing surety of for an amount of Rs. 1,000,000/-(Rupees
One Million only).
THEREFORE, I,
Muhammad Zahir son of Muhammad Sahib resident of House No. 22, Street No. 52-B,
DHA-1, , Rawalpindi, Executant do hereby
execute this surety Bond and stand surety on behalf of Mr. Sohail Ahmed for
the total amount in question. If at any stage, this Honourable Court at any
time directs Mr. Sohail Ahmed to produce the above said vehicle and if Mr. Sohail
Ahmed either refuses or fails to
comply with such direction, this Honourable Court shall have full authority to
recover the said amount, so ordered from the Executant and the executant’s
property detail of which is given below.
