Sub:-                       LEGAL NOTICE

 

Sir,

        I have been instructed by my client Mr. Muhammad Zafran Abbasi, Advocate High Court, Rawalpindi to serve upon you the following legal  notice.

 

1.               That on 01-03-2006 at about 10.00 AM my client was proceeding towards District Court Rawalpindi on his Car, when he reached near Sharp Turn of Gulistan Colony Rawalpindi, Khaz Zaib who was driving Suzuki Baleno Car No. IDM-421 very rashly and negligently, collided his car with care of my client on extreme left track causing severe damage to my client’s Car approximately of Rs. 30,000/-

 

2.               That on receiving information of accident Humayun reached the spot. Both Khaz Zaib and Humayun cheated to my client to prevent him from registration of case.

 

3.               That the accident was result of rush and negligence driving of Khan Zaib during course of his employment as driver of Jabir Ahmed, thus making his employer jointly and severely liable.

 

4.               That my client suffered loss of Rs. 30,000/- due to rush and negligence act of Khan Zaib, without any lawful justification as such both employer and employee are jointly and severely liable to pay damages of Rs. 30,000/- to my client.

 

By this legal notice, you are required to pay Rs. 30,000/- to my client within seven days from receive of this legal notice, otherwise, my client shall file suit for recovery of damages in the Court and in that case you both shall be liable to pay all legal expenses including Court fee as well as Counsel fee to my client.
