FOR HEARING OF THE TITLED SUIT ON DAY TO DAY BASIS
Respected Sheweth:
1.
That the titled suit filed by
the applicant/ plaintiff is pending adjudication before this Honourable Court and is fixed for today.
2.
That the suit was filed in
the year 2010 and since then same has not been decided by this Honourable Court
despite of lapse of about 11 years.
3.
That due to which the applicant/
plaintiff was constraint to file an application for early disposal of the suit,
before District Judge, Rawalpindi which was accepted and the Honourable
District Judge was pleased to direct this Honourable Court to decide the case
expeditiously if possible within a span of three months.
4.
That the applicant is an sick
and old aged lady of 71 years, who has been pursuing the case since its filing and it is not possible for the
applicant to bear the long term litigation.
It is therefore
respectfully prayed that the keeping in view of the circumstances of the case, and
condition of female applicant, the titled suit may kindly be fixed on day to
day hearing basis and be decided without any delay.
