SURETY BOND
By this bond we Mrs. ____________________ (Assistant Professor) and Mrs.
____________________ (Lecturar) Govt. Viqar -Un-Nisa College Rawalpindi and
jointly and severely held bound to Education Department in the sum of Rs.
50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand only) for the payment of the amount to the said
Punjab Education Department. We so hereby bind ourselves each of us, to
administrator executors and assigns.
Signed and delivered by ourselves at
WHERE BY the Education Department Punjab has
required the surety bond amounting Rs. 50,000/- to the above said Mrs.
____________________subject to her entering in to abound with two sureties for
the like amount.
AND WHEREAS the aforesaid Mrs.
____________________has agreed to enter in to this bond as principal and the
aforesaid sureties has agreed to enter as surety for the said principal.
