Format of Application for movable property as Surety in Bail

 

If Ad-interim bail of any accused has been confirmed by the court subject to furnishing surety bond to the tune of any amount and the accused is unable to arrange any person who owns any immovable property, an application can be filed to the court for obtaining permission to allow them to produce/submit ownership documents of movable property. Following is the sample of application for movable property as Surety in Bail.

APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT TO SUBMIT OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS OF SUZUKI MEHRAN REGISTRATION NO. FDS-2001-1085, MODEL 2005, ENGINE NO. AB12121211, CHASSIS NO. DEF4545454 AS SURETY ON BEHALF OF ACCUSED NABEEL AHMED IN ABOVE SAID FIR

 

Respected Sheweth:

 

  1. That the ad interim bail granted to accused namely Nabeel Ahmed was confirmed by this Honourable Court vide order dated 05-04-2022 subject to furnishing bond to the tune of Rs. 2,00,000/-

 

  1. That the accused is unable to arrange any Surety having immovable property and has requested the applicant to submit surety on his behalf.

 

  1. That the applicant has above said vehicle amounting to Rs. 7,50,000/- and want to submit ownership documents of said vehicle as surety on behalf of accused.

 

PRAYER:

        Under the circumstances, as stated above, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that the  instant application may kindly be accepted and applicant be  allowed to submit ownership documents of above said vehicle  as  Surety on behalf of accused in the above  said FIR.
