Format of Affidavit for Assets and market price declaration
AFFIDAVIT
I, Nabeel Khan Malik Zubair son of Saleem Ahmed Butt Khan resident of House
No. 2236444, Gali No. 566, Mohallah Muhammadi Colony, Dhoke Chaudhrian,
Rawalpindi Cantt, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:-
1.
That the wife of deponent namely Shaista
Zuberi Naseem was owner in possession of House No. 2236444, measuring 5 Marlas Gali
No. 566, Mohallah Muhammadi Colony, Dhoke Chaudhrian, Rawalpindi vide registered
Sale Deed No. 1002 dated 11th June 1992, registered with Sub
Registrar (Urban-II) Rawalpindi, who died on 21-11-2005.
2.
That after the death of deceased wife, the
deponent and his son namely Khurram Japan,
became joint owners of the above said property to the extent of their
respective shares. The Declaratory decree has also been issued by the court of
Mahwish Fatima Ansari, Civil–III,

The present market price of my share i.e 3
Marlas in the above said property is PKR 15,000,000/- (Rupees Fifteen
Millions)
4.
That the deponent also owns a Suzuki FX
Registration No. 23777 (Gujranwala Registered), Model 1986, Colour: Metallic.
The present market price of above said Vehicle is PKR 300,000/- (Rupees Three
Hundred Thousand only)
