RULE 67-B LAND REVENUE RULES 1968
Respectfully
Sheweth:-
1.
That the applicant submitted an application
before this Honorable Court for demarcation of land measuring 2 kanal 2
Marlas bearing Khasra No.202 situated at
Mouza Kahuta Channit Tehsil Kahuta District Rawalpindi and this Honorable Court
was pleased to direct the Tehsildar Kahuta and resultantly the Tehsildar Kahuta
demarcated the land and submitted the report dated: 06.10.2018 and as per
demarcation report the respondent has encroached land measuring 1 Marlas 63
points. (Copy of demarcation report and NAQSHA TAJAWAZ is annexed
herewith)

That the respondent was asked to hand over
the encroached piece of land but he refused to hand over the encroached piece
of land.
3.
That it will be just and proper that the
proceeding under rule 67-B and Section 122 land revenue Act may kindly be
initiated and the encroached land may be released from the respondent as per
law.
PRAYER:-
It is therefore respectfully prayed that the instant
application may kindly be accepted and
proceeding under section 122 Land Revenue Act and under rule 67-B
Land Revenue Rules may kindly be initiated and possession of the
encroached land may kindly be delivered to the applicant, in the interest of
justice.
Any other relief which this Honorable Court deems fit
and proper may also be awarded.
