APPLICATION FOR RELEASE OF AMOUNT OF
RS. 1,50,000/- IN     NATIONAL SAVING CENTER, MUSLIM TOWN BRANCH RAWALPINDI 

 

Respected Sir,

        With due respect, it is stated that applicant had applied for obtaining succession certificate in respect of National Saving Certificate No. CB2906004 worth Rs.1,50,000/-, National Saving Center, Muslim Town Branch Rawalpindi. The said application accepted and a Succession Certificate was issued to the applicant by the court of Ahmed Hayat, learned Civil Judge 1^st Class, Rawalpindi on 09-11-2021.  All other legal heirs of deceased Zahoor Muhammad Malik have surrendered their respective shares in favour of applicant in the above mentioned amount, therefore the applicant was held entitled to receive the entire amount of
Rs. 1,50,000/- as per above said succession certificate.

It is therefore requested to release the entire amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- of National Saving Certificate No. CB2906004
