PETITION FOR RELEASE OF DILAWAR  (PETITIONER’S SON) FROM CUSTODY OF RESPONDENT

 

Respectfully Sheweth:

 

1.               That Mr. Dilawar aged about 08 years is the real son of Petitioner, who is  studying in Iqrar Rauz Tu Atfal Academy, Gulrez Scheme No. 2, Rawalpindi in Class Prep.

 

2.               That on 13-02-2022, the above said son of Petitioner  was taken into custody by the officials of respondent and since then the child is under the custody of Child Protection Bureau.

 

3.               That the Petitioner was informed by the people of vicinity that his son has been taken into custody by Child Protection Welfare Bureau.

 

4.               That on information, the Petitioner approached the Child Protection Bureau, Rawalpindi with the   son with the request to release the minor child of Petitioner. The Petitioner  also provided documents of minor son and marriage Registration Certificate of petitioner to the officials of Child Protection Bureau but the request of Petitioner  was not acceded by Child Protection Bureau, hence this petition.

PRAYER:

 

Under the circumstances, stated above,  it is therefore  respectfully prayed that the instant petition may kindly be accepted and the minor son of applicant namely Mr. Dilawar aged about 08 years, may kindly be ordered to be released from the Child Protection Welfare Bureau, Rawalpindi and be handed over to the petitioner being real father.
