Application for registration of FIR against 2 unknown accused persons.
Sir, it is stated that the applicant Application filed by Farhan Ali Khan Bhatti son of Mehmood Alam Qureshi Khan Identity Card No. 61101-1111223344-3, Address; Saleemabad Chowk, Khan Road, Chak No. 222, Sialkot. Today on 04-02-2021 , at 9: 20 P.M I along with my family members i.e Zubair Alam Qureshi (brother), Rabia Saleem Amjad Khan (brother's wife), their children namely Naeema Ahmed aged about 8 years, Saleh Ahmed aged 08 years, Kanwal Shahzadi aged 06 years were on our way back to home in Sialkot from Qasur. As we reached road turn near Chowk Saleemabad, we slowed down the speed of car due to road turn. Meanwhile, 02 unknown persons, riding on Motorcycle CD-70 came in front of my car and pointed me to stop. The accused persons forcibly took off my brother Zubair Alam from car and started scuffling. The other unknown accused person seated on Motorcycle, armed with iron Rod, hit my brother on his left shoulder, back side and different parts of body. The accused persons forcibly intercepting our car, harassed me, my brother and his family and also extended severe life threats. On our hue and cry, passerby Nasir Ahmed Mughal son of Saim Ali, Nafees Ahmed Khan son of Bilal Bee reached at the spot, who saw the occurrence from their own naked eyes. On arrival of said witnesses, the unknown persons ran away from the place of occurrence. The unknown accused persons have committed unjust with us. FIR be registered against unknown persons. Proceedings conducted by Police: At current, I along with police officials namely Maqsood Ahmed Alam C/556, Anar Mehmood Khan C/2266, am in the area of Saleemabad for conducting inquiry on above said application. Inquiry was conducted. According to my open and secret inquiry the facts mentioned in the application are found to be correct. As per contents of application, Medical Report and circumstances, readily, offences under sections 406, 209, 337F(v) Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) seemed to be committed, hence original application in shape of complaint is being sent to Police station through Maqsood Ahmed Alam C/556 for registration of FIR.
