SUBJECT:  LEGAL NOTICE

 

That I have been instructed by my client  ______________to serve you the following legal notice.

 

1.              That you got registered a false frivolous, and concocted FIR  bearing No. __/13, offence under section ________ P.S Sadiqabad Rawalpindi against my client. During the investigation, the Investigating Officer, declared my client innocent by giving his finding that he being has not found any proof regarding happening of robbery and the said FIR has been lodged due to the grudge/ dispute of land between you and my client. Adds that the said FIR along with relevant documents has also been forwarded for cancellation of FIR.  

2.              That after being declared as Innocent by the Investigating Officer, you are still harassing my client by way of moving false, frivolous and concocted applications including applications dated _________, ____________ and ___________ dated against my client.  In the last application dated________, you have leveled false allegation against my client of attempting to commit kidnap you, which in fact is not correct.

3.              That your acts of harassment are illegal, unlawful and unjustified which have causing mental agony and loss of reputation to my client. 

4.              That my client time and again asked to be refrained from submitting false and frivolous applications against my client and not to harras my client but you did not pay any head to the request of my client.

 

Therefore through this legal notice you are finally directed to be refrained from harassing my client by way of moving false & frivolous applications against him.  Otherwise my client shall be at liberty to file civil as well as criminal proceedings against you at your own risk and costs.

 

 

Note: A copy of this legal notice is retained in my office for record and further necessary actions.
