BASALI, TEHSIL AND DISTRICT
Respectfully Sheweth:

That
the applicant has filed an application for appointment of guardian for the
person and property of the minor Kiran Fatima before the Court of Senior Civil
Judge, Rawalpindi, which was entrusted to this Honourable Court.

now the applicant intends to sell out the share of the minor LAND
MEASURING 2 KANALS BEARING KHASRA NO. 100021, KHEWAT NO. 21212121, MOUZA
BASALI, TEHSIL AND DISTRICT

That
the applicant has no adverse interest against the minor and being real mother,
the applicant is entitled to sell out the share of the minor in above stated
land.

That
if the applicant is not given permission to sell out the share of minor, the
welfare of the minor would be at stake.
PRAYER:
Under
the foregoing circumstances, it is respectfully prayed that instant application
may kindly be accepted and applicant be allowed to sell out the share of minor
namely Kiran Fatima Date of Birth 09-10-2008 in Land measuring 2 Kanals bearing
Khasra No. 100021, Khewat No. 21212121, Mouza Basali, Tehsil and District
Rawalpindi.
Any
other relief which this Honourable Court
may deem fit and proper, may also be awarded.
