Permission to receive share in amount and to sell share in property of minor
If you have been appointed as Guardian of
person and property of minor, and now want to receive the amount to the extent
of minor’s share or to sell minor’s share in an immovable property, you may
need to file application for obtaining permission from the court, which issued
guardianship certificate.

Respectfully Sheweth:

That the applicant has filed an application
for appointment of guardian of the person and property of the minors (1)
Alveera (2) Rakhshanda before the Judge,

That on the above said application, the
applicant was appointed person and property of the minors vide Guardianship
Certificate dated
3.
That now the applicant intends to receive the
shares in amount in shape of above said saving certificate sand also to sell
out the share of minor in above
said immovable property, for their welfare,
education and proper bringing up.
4.
That the applicant has no adverse interest
against the minors.
5.
That if the applicant is not given
permission for the things requested for, the welfare of the minor would be at
stake.
