 FARD translation in English

In this article, I have provided two samples of Property FARD translation in English.  The FARD translation is required to be submitted along with Visa applications (immigrant or non immigrant visa) for many countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany etc.

There are numerous formats of FARD in Pakistan and each FARD contain different legal terms / words which are not understandable for a layman.

Only the professionals, who are associated with legal field / property matters can translate the FARD accurately.

The Translation of FARD is very difficult and tricky task because all the translators dont know the exact of meaning /context of words/terms used in FARD. Therefore, it is  mandatory to hire only professionals for translation of documents especially FARD and other property documents.

Before going to the samples/formats of FARD translation in english, i would like to provide a bit information about FARD. FARD is a document of land record, which is known by various names like (i) Naqal FARD Jamabandi (ii)  Naqal FARD Intekhab (iii) Naqal Cho Sala (iv) Naqal Register Haqdaran e Zamin (v) Extract from Record of Rights (vi) Extract from Periodical record of rights.

FAQs

Is translation of property FARD mandatory for Visit Visa?

Whether it is mandatory or not, it depends on the source of income and financial situation of a Visa applicant. If the Visa applicant has only one source of income i.e from the property reflecting in FARD, then it becomes mandatory for the visa applicant to produce the original/copy of the FARD along with its english translation. However, if the applicant has also other sources of income as well and is earning handsome amount, then though it is not mandatory for him to provide translation of FARD of his property but recommended because providing FARD with translation gives a plus point to the financial condition of the visa applicant.

Does Providing property FARD with translation help in getting success in a visa application?

Yes. Providing FARD with translation will help the Visa applicant in achieving success but the success is not guaranteed because there are many other things as well which are considered by a Visa Officer for deciding an application.

What are the mistakes that many translators make during the translation of a FARD?

There are numerous difficult words written on a FARD so, when any such difficulty word is not known to Translators, they simply reproduce the word in english without translating it in real sense. For example, the Word ـفرد بدر may be written by such translators as "FARD BADAR", which in fact is not a translation. The Correct translation of word فرد بدر is a Document of Correction.

Can you translate your own FARD?

A Fard may contain legal and difficult words, therefore it is not easy to translate a FARD. Besides, the embassies don't allow the visa applicants to translate FARD or any other document on their own and suggest getting the same translated by professionals only.

Is it easy to translate a FARD?

No, as mentioned before that because of inclusion of legal terms / difficult words, it is not an easy task for every one to translate. Only professionals who have in-depth knowledge about land matters can translate a FARD.
