Stamp Paper
for Domicile?
You
are also you have to pay domicile fee and get a Stamp Paper for
domicile of Rs. 50/- and print a Affidavit of domicile certificate and get it attested from Oath Commissioner.
Where to go for submission of
file?
Once,
you have paid domicile fee, purchased Stamp Paper, got it printed & attested
by Oath Commissioner, and also gathered the required documents (detailed below),
arrange the documents and visit E-Khidmat Markaz near to
you in Punjab. They will process and give
you a Receipt. Keep that receipt in safe custody because when after few days
you will be intimated SMS etc that your domicile is ready, again go to
E-Khidmat Markaz for collecting domicile certificate.
Documents
required for a Domicile Certificate

Original
CNIC of Applicant

If married, then Nikah Nama copy also

If
Applicant is under the age of 18 years, then his/ her Form B), along with Original CNIC of father
